Managing Director
Haitham founded HM Finance in 2010 and is the Senior Broker as well as Managing Director for the group. He brings considerable experience in both business and in banking, having owned a successful, multi-award winning business before becoming a banker 20 years ago. He has worked in a range of banks and mortgage brokerages during that time.
HM Finance was borne out of the concept that people preferred to have a more positive personal experience when sourcing a lender for their home or investment finance. As testimony to the success that HM Finance has received, it has been in the Top 100 mortgage brokers for its aggregator since 2014.
Malcolm Day
General Manager
Malcolm is one of the partners of HM Finance and has been HR Director for the last 8 years. His background has been in senior roles in corporate administration and human resources, and is focussed on driving the company forward.
Malcolm is also responsible for corporate governance and the complaints process for HM Finance’s clients.
Robert Younan
Broker / Credit Adviser
Robert has been with HM Finance since it started in 2010, and is a senior mortgage broker. Robert’s background has been in banking and brokerages, specialising in home loans and compliance.
